Deaths caused by war

Heck moved down next to him and when he reached out to nudge him, his fingers sank through the man's ribs into a moist hole. pg.52
Whenever he neared that state of oblivian he seemed to find his hand inside the chest of a dead man and he woke with a start. pg.96
Heck pressed himself into a place between two warm, stinking bodies on the floor. pg.63
They came and went, from the hospital, to the front, faces, bodies filling cots; they became a blur and he gave them little heed. pg. 81
A stretcher went by bearing a cocoon of gauze- it was impossible to say whether anything human lay inside. pg. 83

Blog entry 2, Articles of war

One important artifact in my book "Articles of War" would have to be the m-1. This is important because it is the only thing that is keeping the soldiers alive. It gives them chance to fight for thier lives and survive throughout the war. The m1 was the first semi automatic rifle for world war 2. This artifacts impact in the story will be the killing of many men. It was created to take multiple lives and represents death. This weapon brings nothing but saddness and anger through revenge and through lives taken. It kills brothers, fathers, friends, and family.

Articles of war has many people to blame for the war and what the soldiers have to go through. One main country to blame is Germany of course. In my book Germany is attacking little towns all over Europe. Hitler commands his army to kill many innocents and Jews. Not every victim was a Jew but every Jew was a victim. But it is not all of Hitler's fault for it is the people of Germany also. They were all angered for world war 1, like losing their land to other countries and paying £6,600 million for the damage caused by world war 1. Those are some resolutions what caused the outcome of the war. Economic and imperial competition and fear of war prompted military alliances and an arms race, which further escalated the tension contributing to the outbreak of war. Which caused the main character "Heck " to go to war for his country. Another big thing in this book was the German artillery shells. They bombed hundred of cities with these shells and killed thousands of innocents. It is the most common weapon of the war that caused many deaths.

What is Hate?

Hate is to dislike intensely or passionately. Relating to the Holocaust the Nazi's are filled with hate towards the Jewish race. No one knows for sure why Hitler hated the Jews so much to start a whole world war over his hatred. Hitler ordered the killing of Jews because he believed that the Jews were his powerful enemies, bent on destroying him. The Jews were stripped of their possessions, walled in ghettos, powerless and docile. They had no power, no land, nothing. The Jews were not a danger to Hitler's rule. His hatred put them into concentration camps and he made them suffer and starve to death. One quote that explains Hitler's hate towards Jews is “The struggle for world domination will be fought entirely between us, between Germans and Jews. All else is facade and illusion. Behind England stands Israel, and behind France, and behind the United States. Even when we have driven the Jew out of Germany, he remains our world enemy.
